Following from the Announcements, K&N Kenanga Berhad, on behalf of the Board of Directors of asiaEP, is pleased to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad
had vide its letter dated 28 April 2006 given its approval in-principle for the listing and quotation of up to 18,333,334 new asiaEP ordinary shares of par value RM0.10 each arising from the Proposed Acquisition.
